Blood Sugar Balancing Brownie Protein Balls


Makes 15-20 balls:

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

1 tbsp ground flax

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup Moxie Nosh Dark Chocolate Cashew Butter

3 tbsp monk fruit granules

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup collagen peptides

2-3 tbsp coconut milk


Toss everything together in a bowl and mix until a dough forms. If too wet, add 1 tbsp of almond flour. If too dry, add 1 tbsp of coconut milk. Enjoy!
