LUSH Balls

We are loving these LUSH Balls, created by Molly at Nourish!  Molly is a holistic health practicioner who is passionate about food, yoga and personal well being.  You can learn more about Molly and her service here.  She recently completed Whole30 and these LUSH Balls were created when she needed to have a quick healthy snack that was compliant with the process.  Whether you are doing Whole30 or not, these are a must try!


1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, roasted + salted
1/4 cup pepitas
1 cup Moxie Nosh nut butter of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
3 medjool dates (pitted)
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut cream


Mix all ingredients in a food processor until dough begins to form.
Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into a bowl and place in a tight seal freezer safe container, separating stacks of Lush balls with unbleached parchment paper.
Freeze wet Lush balls in air tight storage container.


When ready to eat, pull from freezer and let soften for about 5 minutes for optimum flavor!
